Cross-Border Service of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents.

  • Performing service of summons and complaint to Mexican companies, derived from litigation in the U.S., including matters regarding the enforcement of guarantees under U.S. lease agreements.

White-collar Litigation.

  • Representing an Asian-based company in the investigation, corporate governance strategy for removal of a manager and conducting both civil and criminal litigation procedures derived from a white-collar fraud in its Mexican operations.
