Born in Monterrey, Mexico. He received his law degree in 2000 from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, and is currently coursing the Master Degree in Corporate Law at Universidad Regiomontana, in Monterrey, Mexico. He previously coursed the Diploma on Amparo Law offered by the Universidad Regiomonatana, a Negotiation Workshop also offered by the Universidad Regiomonatana, and has participated and attended multiple courses and seminars in Labor and Employment Practice. Since 1999, he is a Partner at Díaz y Asociados Consultoria Laboral S.C., and has an ample experience in all types of labor matters, of both individual and collective nature, including union matters.
